Was conveniently located 5mins from two train stations, surrounded with many restaurants/cafes/convenience stores. We booked a twin room and though it was slightly cramped (as most Tokyo hotel rooms are) we found that it was really comfortable for the 3-4 short days that we were there. Rooms were cleaned everyday which always left a pleasant smell of linen whenever we returned from a long day. Our room was on the 6th floor which was a 20second walk to the washer/dryer. You can also very easily take the monorail to haneada airport from the train stations. PS you can ask the front desk for a scale to weigh ur luggages

Nice hotel and good value very close to monorail station for Haneda airport. Only stayed one night pre-leaving Japan. Great for a short stay, tight room as is typical in Japan but there was just room to put my suitcase down. It had a kettle, hairdryer, cables, TV, decent lighting and nice bathroom. Friendly and polite desk staff. Plus a Family Mart convenience store next door. Great for our final night. Note that monorail station undergoing renovation (late 2024) and quite confusing!

One of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan, the space in our room was so well organized that we had a very comfortable stay even with big suitcases! Furniture was not just functional but nice looking too and the room was equipped with absolutely everything you may need for your stay including pajamas. The staff was really helpful and professional, they spoke very good english too. The location is perfect if you plan to arrive/depart from Haneda airport using the monorail.

Very clean room. Small but perfect for one person. If you’re a party of two persons with two big suitcases then it will be a bit challenging. It would be better if you take what you need in one suitcase and leave one of the suitcases at the lobby. The rooms are small but comfortable and very clean. Please note that the check out time is 10 AM. It is a 5 min walk to the metro station and 7 minutes walk to the monorail which takes you to HND airport in less than 20 minutes.

Well presented - has handy convenience store at ground level. Has most things a "business hotel" would have - and then some. The rooms (characteristic of this type of hotel) are small, but quiet, and very clean. If you are a smoker, they also still have smoking rooms (on a separate floor, so you don't notice). Hamamatsuocho is very well located from monorail, Yamanote loop, and subway.
